The monthly box will ship by the 7th of every month. The cut off is the last day of every month to get next months box. So for example to get Mays box that ships out on May 7th you would have to sign up by April 30th. If the 7th fall on falls on a holiday or weekend then your box will ship the next business day.
All new subscribers are charged immediately to get next months box.(Example If you sign up on May 20th you will be charged immediately for the box that ships June 7th. Each renewal will be charged on the 1st of every month going forward. and your box will ship by the 10th of the month that your renewal charge takes place.
Yes. You must cancel before the 1st of each month otherwise you will be charged for that months shipment.
The Treat Your Feet Box will always have each month (1) foot soak..(new scent each month that matches that months theme box. (1) herbal tea of the month. (bag or box size may vary) (1) personal spa product and (1) encouragement note card with envelope.
It is your responsibility at check-out to confirm the shipping address you enter is correct. If any box is returned to us as undeliverable and you want us to re-ship it back, there will be a $15.00 re-shipping fee.
If you recieved damaged products, Please send us an email immediately at nancy@treatyourfeetbox.com . We require in the email a photo of the complete box and a photo of the damaged product. Please include customer name, email and tracking number. We will email you back to let you know if you qualify to have the box and/or damaged product shipped back for replacement. At that time we will send a shipping label for the return.
We ship via USPS and a tracking number will be issued to you once we ship. If you have not received your package within 15 days fronm the shipping date, please let us know at nancy@treatyourfeetbox.com
NOTE: During Covid-19, Natural Disasters, or during Holiday peak seasons, expect delays during shipping. We are not responsible for any delays once the package is in the hands of the shipping provider.
Due to the nature of the subscription box we do not accept returns or give refunds. If you do not like a product included in your box, we encourage you to gift it to a friend.
We understand that all products may not work for you. Every Treat Your Feet Box is a surprize and we strongly suggest you read the labels and ingredients for each product (or visit that Brand's website to inquire about the ingredients). If there is a product you dont like or cant use we encourage gifting that item.
We will not be liable for any allergy, medical risk, or sensitivity caused by the use of products in the Treat your Feet box or purchased from us.
